Calm Bloom IELTS Tutoring provides online IELTS preparation services, including but not limited to:
- One-on-one tutoring sessions

- Practice tests and mock examinations
- Progress tracking and feedback
3. User Eligibility and Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees and Payment
- All fees are stated in British Pounds (£) and are due in advance
- Payment must be made before services are provided
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
4.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been attended
- Partial refunds may be considered for unused sessions at our discretion
- No refunds will be given for missed sessions without 24 hours notice

5. Scheduling and Cancellation
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to tutor availability or technical issues
6. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use services in a respectful and appropriate manner
- Not share account credentials with others
- Not record sessions without explicit consent
- Not use services for any unlawful purpose
- Respect tutors and other users
- Provide honest feedback about their IELTS goals and current level
7. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, and resources remain our intellectual property
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without permission
- Users retain ownership of their personal work and assignments
- We may use anonymized student progress data for service improvement
8. Service Availability and Technical Requirements
- Services are provided "as is" and availability is not guaranteed
- Users must have reliable internet connection and appropriate devices
- We are not responsible for technical issues on the user's end
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt services
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee specific IELTS score improvements
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Users are responsible for their own exam registration and fees
