4. Payment Terms

4.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been attended
• Partial refunds may be considered for unused sessions at our discretion
• No refunds will be given for missed sessions without 24 hours notice

• Users retain ownership of their personal work and assignments

8. Service Availability and Technical Requirements

• Services are provided "as is" and availability is not guaranteed
• Users must have reliable internet connection and appropriate devices
• We are not responsible for technical issues on the user's end
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee specific IELTS score improvements
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
